• $250 non-refundable fee per pet
• $25/month per pet
• Maximum two pets per apartment
• Combined weight limit at maturity - 100 lbs

Breed Restrictions

At Harbour Pointe Apartment Homes we do not allow the following breeds (including any dogs that appear to have a mixture of the breed):

• American Staffordshire Terrier
• Chow Chow
• Doberman Pinscher
• German Shepherd
• Husky
• Dogo Argentino
• Wolf Hybrid
• Malamute
• Mastiff
• Pit Bull
• Presa Canario
• Rottweiler
• Staffordshire Bull Terrier
